Skills profiles

Skill profiles answer the following questions for each of the key skills:

1. What knowledge, skills, and attitudes/aptitutes are needed?
2. What counts as success in applying the skill?
3. Whose roles apply this skill?
4. What related competences should the research team have?
5. What capabilities and services would amplify this skill?

In the following, skills profiles are given for each of key skills except those indicated with *, which we propose subsequent EOSC projects should further define.

• Plan stewardship and sharing of FAIR outputs
• Reuse data from existing sources
• Use or develop open research tools/services
• Prepare and document for FAIR outputs*
